Cascade Ecology welcomes applications to join our crew. We operate a unique business in that we perform a wide range of work throughout the year, which includes: residential construction and landscaping, habitat restoration and mitigation project implementation, invasive weed management, forest stewardship projects, and more. Members of our crew participate in all projects, and we will work with employees to develop those skills they are most interested in. Our crew shares a love for the natural environment, a strong ethic for physical, outdoor work in all seasons, and an interest in multiple aspects of our business.

Applicants should have some experience in performing landscape or construction work. Applicants that are experienced with physical work and interested in local ecology and habitat restoration are good fit for the company. This is a dynamic and rewarding position that requires the
development of skills in multiple trades and fields, particularly
carpentry, landscaping, hardscaping, and local ecology.
This job requires physical labor, intelligence, and responsibility.
Hard work and professionalism are both necessary and rewarded.
A competitive candidate will have 3+ years experience in one or
more of the trades or fields listed above, and a genuine interest in
learning the rest.
